We can then discuss the details and costs.
I will start working on the commission when the 40% commencement fee is confirmed.
I will send you with a rough initial sketch of the artwork; this is where any revisions should be communicated to me.
Time taken will depend on my life circumstances and complexity of the commission. This may take from 1 week to 2 months for me to complete the commission. I may contact you during this time for any informal feedback and revisions.
Once the commission is completed and all fees have been received, I will send you all of the appropriate files in a zip folder through google drive or email. This drive link will be available for 1 month.

TERMS OF SERVICE
By ordering a commission, you understand and agree to the
terms of service
GENERAL
The Client recieves the commissioned work in digital form. No shipping is required.Maipie_cmt has the right to decline a commission that they uncomfortable with or feel unsuited for.
USAGE RIGHTS
Usage of commissioned work is limited to web and printed materials in low quanitites for the Client's personal use.Usage of the commissioned work does not include the right to modify, re-sell, mint for NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or use for machine learning, auto-drawing or AI generation.Usage of the commissioned work for reasons including but not limited to commercial projects, content panels/thumbnails, streaming assets, and merchandise will require consultation and approval of Maipie_cmt. The Client acknowledges that fees may apply if the work is used for commercial purposesMaipie_cmt reserves the right to show any commissioned work created for the Client for Maipie_cmt's social media, portfolio and as examples of client work.
PAYMENT & FEES
All payments will be made through use of "Paypal" invoices.Fees charged under "Paypal Fees" will be covered by Maipie_cmt.The Client is entitled to a refund within 72 hours(3 days) of payment of the commencement fee. The Client understands that refunds requested after this period will be considered but not guaranteed.The Client understands that any modifications after the artwork has been finalised may require an additional fee and this will be communicated to them before any changes have been made.If Maipie_cmt is unable to complete the commission for any reason, they will provide a refund and give the Client what of the commission has been completed.
